Lynda Welte is president of Blueprints For GREEN Design, manufacturers' representatives. With over 25 years of hospitality sales, procurement and manufacturing experience, she is based in Tysons Corner, VA.
She is energized by her successful fundraising and programming experience and brings to life the power of networking in seminars at colleges, universities and businesses.

Steering committee for the Cats Benefit held at The National Theatre for the benefit of The Whitman-Walker Clinic, 1997. This was a major fundraiser that combined efforts in the design community with the city of Washington, DC, NIH and the beneficiary.

Lynda is a consummate networker and mentor. In 2016, she launched Small Talks, a modern, high tech version of 17th century salons. Small Talks brings people of different generations and multiple disciplines to present ideas and exchange thoughts about new business opportunities.

James Dirmeyer joined Blueprints for GREEN Design to increase project management support. With a background in customer service, project management and technical qualifications, he is a bonus to our operation. Our goal is to increase service levels and foster a bridge of understanding to our manufacturers in design, planning, budgeting, logistics, sampling and production.
